JHC Laundry reinvests record profits in customer service
Stotfold, Hertfordshire, June 2005 - Following a record year, JHC Laundry has announced a raft of plans for further expansion including staff appointments, and product developments.
The 20-year-old company, which supplies and maintains industrial laundry equipment for eight out of the 10 independent healthcare groups in the UK, has appointed Rob Snelson to the newly created role of Financial Controller. Rob's role will be to manage the financial aspects of the company's continuing growth.
Meanwhile a number of new CORGI-registered engineers have joined the JHC service team, available to service all brands of commercial laundry equipment 24-hours a day and seven days a week.
Over the last six months the company has been focused on developing its range of laundry solutions to meet the diverse needs of its growing customer-base, which spans the healthcare, charity, education and leisure sectors. A premier range of automated dryer-ironers were recently sourced from Danube International and, in line with offering the customer total choice, JHC now offers a complete range of five, six and seven year packages alongside its traditional purchase options.
Peter Marsh, chief executive of JHC Laundry Equipment Ltd, said: "JHC has enjoyed a very successful year and we are reinvesting our profits in key areas of the business to ensure the benefits are seen by our customers. JHC is unique in offering full service and maintenance on all brands of laundry equipment on a contract or call-out basis and remains committed to offering its customers the flexibility of either hire or purchase." |
